  • Cemetery to be enclosed by a rail fence with cedar posts to be sunk 2 ½ feet below ground, and a double gate
  • Requests for opening up of Ninth Street (now Broadway) and Quebec Street put off until later
  • Board of Works accepted L. Law’s tender to furnish cast iron junctions for the sewers at 4 cents per pound
