  • Mayor Oppenheimer not present; Alderman Brown elected Chairman pro tem
  • H.B. Warren wrote saying he would continue to be available as Chief Engineer, and would claim damages against the City if they persisted in hiring Tracy in his place
  • $15 granted toward the maintenance of Stanley Park and a further $15 for improvements, while $1250 was granted toward police uniforms for a force of 14 men
